Chef Gianfranco Loreti, former owner of one of Naples' finest Italian restaurants, Ristorante Ciao, is now preparing exquisite meals for your private dining and party pleasure.

Chef, trained in Rome became the private chef for the General of the Italian Army before opening Ciao over 35 years ago.

Chef and his Business Partner, Carol Rosen, closed Ristorante Ciao on May 9, 2021.

Now, they are offering Naples’ premier Italian cuisine for your intimate dinners and small parties. 

Bringing the Ciao tradition of Zagat rated “Excellent” gourmet Italian cuisine to your doorstep.
